Where We Ship
Lumaveil ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimums, no exceptions. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@lumaveil.shop and we will investigate immediately. In most cases delays are resolved within a few days of being reported.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Lumaveil is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
